<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RA.l\1SEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 330 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 12 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE, <br />ARTICLE II, DIVISION I AND II <br />THE SURFACE USE OF THE WATERS OF LAKE JOHANNA, <br /> <br />On the 9th day of July, 2001, the Arden Hills City Council adopted an amendment <br />to Chapter] 2 of the Arden Hills City Code, Article II, Division I and II, and by <br />affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. ~412.l91, Subd. 4, directed that a <br />summary of the Ordinance be published. <br /> <br />The amendments to Chapter 12 will become effective the day following <br />publication of the Ordinance Summary. <br /> <br />A copy ofthe Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 4364 Round Lake Road, Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota 55112. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
