<br />tit <br /> <br />application for another Right-of-Way permit before the expiration of the <br />initial permit, and (2) a new permit or permit extension is granted. <br /> <br />Permits issued under this Chapter shall be conspicuously displayed at all tinIes <br />at the indicated work site and shall be available for inspection by the City <br />inspectors and authorized City personnel. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. Permit Applications. Application for a permit is made to the City. Right- <br />of-Way permit applications shall contain, and will be considered complete only upon <br />compliance with, the requirements of the following provisions: <br /> <br />A. Registration with the City pursuant to this Chapter. <br /> <br />B. Submission of a completed permit application form, including all required <br />attachments, and scaled drawings showing the location of all existing <br />roadways and public or private utilities, area of the proposed project, and the <br />location of all existing and proposed equipment. <br /> <br />C. Payment of all money due to the City for: <br /> <br />I. Permit fees and costs due; <br /> <br />2. Prior obstructions or excavations; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Any Joss, damage, or expense suffered by the City as a result of <br />applicant's prior excavations or obstructions of the Rights-of-Way or <br />any emergency actions taken by the City; and <br /> <br />4. Franchise fees, if applicable. <br /> <br />D. When an excavation permit is requested for purposes of installing additional <br />equipment, and the existing Restoration Bond is insufficient with respect to <br />the additional equipment, the posting of an additional or larger Removal Bond <br />for the additional equipment may be required. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Issuance of Permit; Conditions <br /> <br />A. If the City determines that the applicant has satisfied the requirements of this <br />Chapter, the City may issue a permit. <br /> <br />B. The City may impose any reasonable conditions upon the issuance of a Permit <br />and the performance of the applicant thereunder in order to protect the public <br />health, safety and welfare, to ensure the structural integrity of the Right-of- <br />Way, to protect the property and safety of other users of the Right-of-Way, to <br />minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the traveling public, and to <br />otherwise efficiently manage use ofthe Right-of-Way. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Subd. 9.
