We also
compiled a list of items or elements the City Council has agreed upon in various other
discussions on June 25 and July 9, 2001. What I've been able to gather from the minutes are as
follows:

~

The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) rating should be used for determining the
prioritization of streets for replacement or repair.

~

The assessment manual is acceptable at the present time.

~

Curb and gutter for drainage should be used throughout, although the City needs to be
flexible on the type with regard to the purpose and function of the streets.
