<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE TIME PERIOD <br />FOR RECORDING THE FINAL PLAT IN THE NE QUADRANT OF 1-694 AND 1-24W <br />PLANNING CASE #01-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as one of the conditions for approval of this Plat, the Commission required the <br />final Plat be recorded within 60 days of the date of City approval, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final City approval occurred on May 29,2001, requiring the Plat to be filed no <br />later than July 28, 2001, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original closing date of July 13,2001, has been postponed by Morris <br />Communications, and is now scheduled for September 20, 2001, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chesapeake Companies has requested an extension of the time required to file the <br />Final Plat beyond July 28,2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission ofthe City of Arden <br />Hills, the Commission hereby extends its condition on the filing of the Final Plat to that time no <br />later than 60 days after the closing of the sale of the property by Morris Communications to <br />Chesapeake Companies. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 18th DAY OF JULY, 2001. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
