The City of Arden Hills would like to hire Eric Nordeen full time and continue to <br />have Eric assist Dave Scherbel in providing support and assistance in code enforcement, inspection, and <br />nuisance ordinance enforcement, and at the same time allow you to continue to provide the public safety <br />and services he provides for Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department for the cities of Arden Hills, <br />Shoreview and North Oaks. <br /> <br />The fonnat is taken from a similar memorandum of understanding between the City of Arden Hills and <br />Shoreview, when the City of Shoreview provided part time building inspection services to the City of <br />Arden Hills. Compensation reimbursement is based on the job classification rate for the City of Arden <br />Hills, including benefits, paid by the City of Arden Hills to Mr. Nordeen. <br /> <br />Please read through the memorandum. If you are in agreement, please sign the copy and return it to us <br />and we will make a copy and return one to you.
