Staff Recommendation Staff recommends the Commission with the condition the dumpster enclosure be completely enclosed and faced with brick and all trash containers at all times be located within this enclosure, approve the site plan, finding the proposed addition and exterior modifications described on the Plan Sheets dated 8-6-01 wi]] allow the restaurant to continue to meet the needs of the surrounding community with a site plan and appearance that is compatible with its neighbors, generates no negative impact on the image of Lexington Avenue and remainder of the district, and avoids the introduction of any new traffic congestion on local streets. Planninl! Commission Recommendation The Planning Commission unanimously recommended site plan approval in Planning Case #01- 24 with the following conditions: I.
