Both our structural engineer and I reviewed the materials and <br />agree with your action. Ifit appears that legal action may jeopardize your order, the city should <br />consider hiring their own consultant to personally evaluate the structure on site. To this point, <br />your conclusions are only based on the information supplied by the owner.
