The City will have two conference rooms, a Community <br />room, and a Council Chambers, available for either Arden Hills related activities and/or <br />individual or group activities not directly related to the City of Arden Hills. To my knowledge <br />the City has not adopted a building use policy, nor outlined the guidelines regarding the <br />prioritization of use of the public spaces available, and fees charged, if any. <br /> <br />The second story conference room is capable of seating up to 20 around a conference table. This <br />room will be equipped with teleconferencing and a white board. This area will only be available <br />through the staff area or to those individuals or groups given a special security key used to gain <br />access using the elevator. This area will be limited to general public use due to the fact that the <br />rear stair gains access to the City of Arden Hills staff area. <br /> <br />The first floor conference room is next to the City Council Chambers on the main floor. This <br />room is capable of seating up to 10 around a conference table. This room will be equipped with a <br />white board and a small area for storage of food and beverages. This area will be secured the <br />same as the City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />The community room on the lower level is capable of seating up to 125-150 classroom style, and <br />possibly up to 75 around tables. The Recreation Department will utilize this room to hold some <br />
