Round Lake Rd. <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />January 30, 2001 <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as "Municipality"), American Legal Publishing <br />Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher"), and the League of Minnesota Cities (the "League") <br />agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. THE LEAGUE SHALL: <br /> <br />The League's codification attorney will: <br /> <br />a. Review all ordinances submitted for a code supplement for legal conformity to state <br />statutes and pertinent court cases. <br /> <br />b. Inform the city of state legislative changes and court cases affecting provisions of their <br />code. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />THE PUBLISHER SHALL: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EDITORIAL ANALYSIS <br /> <br />1. Examine the ordinances and other legislative material as submitted by the <br />Municipality. <br /> <br />2. Incorporate those materials to be included in the Code according to the subject matter <br />in the existing code, or where there is no existing legislation on the subject, at a logical <br />location in the Code. <br /> <br />3. Make necessary changes in wording of the materials to bring about uniformity of style <br />and to correct typographical errors; <br /> <br />4. Prepare a legislative history of each affected section citing the ordinance or resolution <br />number and date of passage of the ordinance or resolution; <br /> <br />5. Revise or make additional entries to chapter summaries, tables of special <br />ordinances, cross-reference tables, and general index as necessary to reflect the <br />incorporation of additional, changed or deleted material. <br /> <br />. <br />
