<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PRINTING <br /> <br />Deliver to the Municipality five printed copies of supplemental pages for the Code of <br />Ordinances. The printing, format, page size, and paper stock will match that of the <br />Municipality's present code. An instruction sheet for directing the placement of the new <br />pages will be provided. <br /> <br />SHIPPING AND DELIVERY <br /> <br />The Publisher shall ship at its cost by common carrier, the number of supplements ordered <br />and the Municipality may direct that different portions of the shipment be made at various <br />locations within the municipality at no additional cost. The Publisher shall ship the <br />supplement within 45 calendar days after receipt by Publisher of all materials necessary <br />for production of supplement. <br /> <br />III. THE MUNICIPALITY SHALL: <br /> <br />I. Provide a copy of the ordinances or resolutions passed subsequent to publication of <br />the previous Code supplement. <br /> <br />2. Pay to the Publisher the sum of $18 per re-printed page for the supplement, and $75 <br />to the League for review of ordinances (maximum of $400). <br /> <br />3. All prices in this agreement may be adjusted at the time of invoicing for supplements <br />produced in the third, fourth, and fifth years of this agreement to reflect any decrease or <br />increase in the U.S. Consumer Price Index since the delivery of the first supplement. The <br />base for adjustment shall be the U.S. Consumer Price Index rate for the month in which <br />the first supplement under this agreement was delivered. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />OPTIONAL SERVICES: <br /> <br />The Municipality, by the initials of the person executing the agreement on its behalf, exercises <br />the following options: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Additional Copies of Code: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The City may purchase additional copies of the code at $60.00 per copy or $45 without <br /> <br />a binder. <br /> <br />I'; <br />Number of codes .- <br /> <br /> <br />With Binders?@ or NO <br /> <br /> <br />2. Folio VIEWS Search and Retrieval Computer Program <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The Publisher shall provide the Municipality's code in <br />the Folio format on diskette with complete instructions <br />and one copy of a manual for $595.
