Resolutions represent City Council actions that are adopted, reviewed and <br />amended from time to time by a less formal process than is required to amend sections of <br />the City Code. <br /> <br />I am enclosing drafts of the Recodification Ordinance and the Recodification Ordinance <br />Summary. It is not necessary to hold a public hearing before adopting the Recodification <br />Ordinance, but the City may choose to do so. The Recodification Ordinance needs to be <br />approved by 3 affirmative votes of the City Council. The Recodification Ordinance <br />Sumrnary needs to be approved by 4 affirmative votes of the City Council. <br /> <br />I would like to review this information with you before it is placed on a City Council <br />agenda. Obviously, there may be some regulations that I have missed or that I have <br />mislabeled.
