<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS'S TEMPORARY <br />UTILIZATION OF A CITY OF ROSEVILLE EMPLOYEE <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, a <br /> <br />Minnesota municipal corporation, and the CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, a Minnesota municipal <br /> <br />corporation, is effective upon the execution ofthis Agreement by the named officers of both <br /> <br />cities. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arden Hills is in need of computer and other technical support services <br /> <br />and is without staff to provide the needed services; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville has management information system and other technical <br /> <br />employees that are able to provide the services required by Arden Hills and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.59 authorizes political subdivisions of the State to <br /> <br />enter into Joint Powers Agreements for the joint exercise of powers common to each. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually stipulated and agreed to as follows: <br /> <br />1. SERVICES. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The City of Rose vi lie shall provide qualified management information <br /> <br />systems employees ("Employees") to perform computer and related <br /> <br />technical services required by the City of Arden Hills. These services <br /> <br />include the following: <br /> <br />. Ongoing network maintenance, security, and upgrades. <br /> <br />· System integration/installation of new software, <br /> <br />.
