Hardware and software training. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville shall be solely responsible for compensating the <br /> <br />assigned Employee(s) engaged in providing computer and technical <br /> <br />services under this Agreement, including any overtime wages incurred, as <br /> <br />well as any insurance or employee benefits provided under the policies or <br /> <br />agreements of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />B. The City of Arden Hills will provide the necessary office, equipment, and <br /> <br />supplies for the assigned Employee(s) to provide the services required hereunder and will bear . <br /> <br />all costs attendant thereto. <br /> <br />C. The City of Arden Hills shall coordinate scheduling of work to be performed by <br /> <br />the assigned Employee(s) with and shall receive prior approval of all scheduled hours to be <br /> <br />performed under this Agreement from the Roseville City Manager or his designee. <br /> <br /> <br />2. PAYMENT. The City of Arden Hills will compensate the City of Roseville for <br /> <br /> <br />services rendered in the amount of Twenty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($20,000.00) for <br /> <br /> <br />services rendered. The City of Arden Hills shall make monthly payments, upon presentation by <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Roseville of a monthly billing equal to one-twelfth (l/I2'h) of the annual amount <br /> <br /> <br />herein stated, There may be annual inflationary adjustments to the base payment. <br /> <br /> <br />3. INDEMNIFICATION. The City of Roseville agrees to assume sole liability for <br /> <br /> <br />any negligent or intentional acts ofthe assigned Employee(s) while performing the assigned . <br /> <br />2 <br />
