The clear vision area shall be an area within a triangle created beginning at the intersection of the mid point of the driveway and the curb or edge of pavement line ofthe street, and extending 35 ft, in the direction of approaching traffic and 25 ft toward the interior of the property, and then a line connecting these two points. 3.
