e e e ADDENDUM TO RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT RECEIVED DEe 1 2 2001 Dated: December 31, 2001 CITY OF ARDEN HILLS By and between TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. and the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highwa,y 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112. I. EXTENSION OF RECORDING SECRETARIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT: The tennof the existing Recording Secretary Service Agreement dated December 31, 200 I shall be extended under the same terms and conditions to December 31, 2002. 2. TOSS Charges. TOSS shall be paid for its services as recording secretary for each meeting (the highest rate will prevail), as follows: a. Base Rate of One Hundred Three and 001100 dollars ($103.00) for allY meeting up to one (I) hour (billable time) plus Twenty-five and 50/100 dollars ($25.50) for each thirty (30) minutes following the first one (I ) hours;. ~ b. Twenty-two and 50/1 00 dollars ($22.50) per hour for time attending meetings, and fifteen (15) minutes prior to Call to Order arrd fifteen (i5) minutes following Adjournment with a one and one-half (1.5) hour minimum; and Ten and 00/1 00 dollars ($10.00) for each page of minutes preparedfrqm shorthand or machine notes of the recording secretary as draft minutes for submission to and-the review and .comment of City of Arden Hills .for tffilir preparation of final minutes. At the end .of the term of this Addendum or any exterrslonof it, the parties may make a new Agreement or extend or modifY the terms of this Agreement IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Addendum to the Recordqg Secretary Service Agreement as of the day and year indicated.
