<br />Jul-03-1001 11:47 <br /> <br />From-PETERSON FRAM BERGMAN <br /> <br />6511181753 <br /> <br />T-162 P 004 <br /> <br />HiS <br /> <br />Comprehensive Land Use for the TCAAP Site ("Comprehensive Plan . <br />Amendment") for the TCAAP Site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in reliance upon and in consideration of the mutual undertakings <br />herein expressed, City and Developer agree to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />3.0 MajorTasks, The following major tasks shall be undertaken and completed by the <br />parties during the term of this Interim Agreement or any extension thereof. <br /> <br />A. Neeotiated or Leeislative Transfer of TCAAP Site, <br /> <br />1. DeveloDer Oblil!"ations. Developer shall accomplish the following <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Coordinate meetings between the City and GSA regarding <br />negotiation ofa non-competitive land transfer agreement. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Negotiate with the United States Department of Defense, <br />Department of the Army ("Army") to minimize the institutional <br />controls and deed restrictions which are incompatible with the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c. Negotiate with the Minnesota Army National Guard to meet <br />their needs efficiently and economically. <br /> <br />d. Formulate and implement strategy to ensure support of <br />Minnesota's Congressional Delegation, <br /> <br />e. Keep City apprised of status of all negotiations with various <br />agencies and parties through regular progress reports. <br /> <br />2. City Oblieations. The City shall accomplish the following tasks: <br /> <br />a. Review and comment on agreements proposed as a result of the <br />completion of Developer Obligations pursuant to 3.0(A)(I). <br /> <br />b. Assist with negotiation efforts of the Developer. <br /> <br />c. Participate in meetings. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br />
