Review and comment on data collected and <br />analyzed by Developer. <br /> <br />f. Share Information. Provide Developer with data obtained <br />during City's activities pursuant to this Section 3.C.2. <br /> <br />D. Disposition and Development Al!reement. <br /> <br />I. Exclusive Rie-hl to Nee-Miate. During the term of this Interim <br />Agreement, Developer shall have the exclusive right to negotiate with <br />the City regarding the acquisition and development ofthe TCMP Site <br />or any portion thereof. City shall not solicit or entertain bids or <br />proposals from third panies in regard to disposition and development <br />of any portion of the TCAAP Site without prior wrinen consent of the <br />Developer. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Developer Participation. The parties anticipate that during the term <br />ofthis Interim Agreement, communications and negotiations with the <br />Army, GSA, and other third parties may take place concerning the <br />acquisition of the site and necessary approvals for any proposed <br />projects. Developer shall be entitled to participate in such discussions <br />unless any said third pany objects to the participation by the <br />Developer; or it is legally inappropriate for the Developer to participate <br />in the discussions or negotiations taking place in a closed-session of a <br />public agency. Each party hereto shall keep the other party informed <br />as to the nature and pro gress of any such discussions. <br /> <br />3. Rel!ular Meetings. The parties shall conduct regularly scheduled <br />meetings until the initial draft of the DDA is prepared and subsequent <br />meetings as necessary to incorporate data obtained during the <br />environmental analysis of the TCAAP Site and the preparation of the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Infrastructure Plans. <br /> <br />E. Cost Reimbursement.
