In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute relating <br />to this Intcrim Agreement, or the brcach or interpretation thereof, each party <br />shall bcar its own costs. <br /> <br />R. Further Assurances. The parties each agree to make, execute and delivcr <br />such other documents, and to undertake such other and further acts, as may be <br />reasonably necessary to carry out the intent of this Interim Agreement. <br /> <br />S.
