Revised Building Elevations <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting Master and Final Planned Unit Development approval to construct a <br />grocery store at the comer of Grey Fox Road and Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />In response to the Council's direction at their August 26, 2002 Council meeting, the applicant <br />has submitted revised building elevations for the Council's consideration. Since the materials <br />were submitted Friday afternoon, staff was not able to fully review the changes. However, based <br />on a preliminary review, staff has noted the following changes: <br /> <br />1. The drive-through for the pharmacy has been eliminated on the south side of the building. <br />Cub Foods signage, placed further to the east, has replaced the pharmacy signage on the <br />south elevation. <br />2. Cub Foods signage on the north elevation has been placed further to the east. <br />3. Decorative lighting has been placed on the pilasters of the north and south elevations of <br />the building. <br />
