Sorensen, City Manager, City of Winona, Chairman, CGMC Labor <br />Relations Committee <br /> <br />SUBJECT: MAMA and CGMC Labor Relations Subscriber Service <br /> <br />The MAMA and CGMC Labor Relations Committees' AGREEMENT with Labor Relations <br />Associates, Inc. (LRA) cails for the provision of special labor relations services for <br />Metropolitan Area and Greater Minnesota cities. The AGREEMENT with LRA for special <br />subscriber labor relations services builds upon on a history of agreements between LRA, <br />Minnesota cities, and the League of Minnesota Cities (LMC) for labor relations services <br />dating from 1968. <br /> <br />The services to be provided to Metropolitan Area and Greater Minnesota cities by LRA <br />are outiined in the enclosed copy of the AGREEMENT <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The services inciude most of the services which the MAMA and GMC subscriber cities <br />have been receiving under the subscriber service program that has been administered <br />
