<br />r <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~v...~"t <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2002, 7:00 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br />and Gregg Larson <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />COllilcilmember Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Accolliltant, Terrance Post; City <br />Planner, Aaron Parrish; Interim Public Works Director and Parks & Recreation Director, <br />Thomas Moore; and Recording Secretary, Kathleen Altman. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to adopt the agenda for the March 11, 2002, regular City Council meeting as <br />presented. The motion carried llilanimously (4-0), <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A, February 19, 2002 Worksession Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councihnember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br />to approve the February 19, 2002 Worksession Meeting as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0), <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll. <br />B, Regular Full Time Employee Status Operations and Maintenance <br />Superintendent Jim Perron <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />COllilcilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein, The motion carried llilanimously (4-0). <br />
