The presence of the facility will not be harmful to the health of workers <br />maintaining the water tower or reservoir. <br /> <br />Based on the plans and engineering information submitted by the applicant, and a review <br />of the proposal by the City Engineer, thc above zoning code requirements appear to be <br />satisfied, The applicant's statement, a plan set, and revised Special Use Permit are <br />attached for your review. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br /> <br />A. In Planning Case #02-01, staff recommends approval of the revised Special Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />Deadline for Aeencv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on February <br />8,2002. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City must act on this request by April 9, <br />2002 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60 day review period. The City may with the petitioners consent extend the <br />review period beyond the 120 days. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, "".it must state in <br />writing the reasons for the denial at the time that it denies the request". <br />4.
