If you select the Opus/Restoration team, you will often have owners and key officers sitting at the table with you as we go through the development process. This allows for a fast and streamlined decision making process. Not only is this important as an initial agreement is negotiated, but also in the future when changes occur and in a project of this magnitude, there are bound to be changes. Unfortunately, we have had experiences when working with large publicly held builders and developers that in spite of the best of intent by local representatives, decisions are made at a distant corporate headquarters which impacts the ability of the local office to fulfill their obligations to a particular project. We also understand that the City expects its development partner to make a sizeable upffont investment both in monies and in time. We are prepared to do this because we believe this is the premier tract of undeveloped land in the metropolitan area and that we will recoup this investment at the time of development. . We are very familiar with the other development teams and we have a great deal of respect for them. However, we believe we have assembled a unique combination of talent, knowledge and financial strength. If the City desires maximum flexibility and input in planning for this site and a team that represents the best and brightest in the industry, we believe the clear choice is the Opus/Restoration Team.
