Permitted uses in <br />this zoned area include business service, clinics, sports and <br />fitness clubs, day care facilities over ten, financial <br />institutions and service, manufacturing and processing - Class 1, <br />office, personal service, research uses, restaurants (not fast <br />food), and utility distribution lines. Other uses are either not <br />permitted or are part of a planned unit development or require a <br />special use permit. Located in the addendum of the report is a <br />list of the permitted uses in this district. <br /> <br />Courthouse Information: <br /> <br />The property identification numbers for the tract are all or <br />portions of 21-30-23-22-0001, 0002, and 0003. The courthouse <br />indicates that all of these property identification numbers are <br />owned by the City of Arden Hills. Information pertaining to each <br />one of these PID numbers can be found in the addendum of the <br />report.
