The building <br />indicated on the plat in the subject's southeasterly portion is no <br />longer there. There is an old asphalt access road going south <br />from Highway 96 toward the original building site. There is also <br />some asphalt on the original Round Lake Road on the subject's <br />wescerly boundary. <br /> <br />Soils: <br /> <br />The undersigned has not been furnished with any evidence of soil <br />condi tions on the subj ect property in terms of soil borings. It <br />would appear, after a physical inspection of the property, that <br />there are no soil problems affecting the area, that is in terms of <br />construction. <br /> <br />The FEMA map for this area is Panel #270375-0002B <br />effecti ve date of July 2, 1981. The property lies in <br />which is an area of minimal flooding. <br /> <br />with <br />Zone <br /> <br />an <br />C, <br /> <br />The value indicated in this report is based on the assumption that <br />there are no hazardous materials existing in the soil at the time <br />of inspection. <br /> <br />Access: <br /> <br />Vehicular access to the subj ect property can be obtained from <br />Highway 96 on the northerly tract boundary as well as from the new <br />Round Lake Road on the south and east sides of the subject <br />property. Highway 96 is an asphalt surfaced road with two lanes <br />of .traffic in each direction. There is a center divider on <br />Highway 96, which allows only a right in, right out access from <br />Highway 96 to the subj ect property. New Round Lake Road is an <br />asphalt surfaced road and runs from Highway 96 to the south, <br />generally ending at the railroad right of way in the vicinity of <br />Gateway Boulevard, which is approximately 3/4 mile south of <br />Highway 96. <br /> <br />The intersection of Round Lake Road West and Highway <br />lighted intersection.
