We are not
seeking any financial support from cities, other than a space at the individual polling places on
the General Election Day,

We also need volunteers to act as election judges for the polling places on the day of the election,
and would welcome help from you in identifying those people in your communities. In addition,
if you are aware of any community service clubs (Lions, Kiwanis, dC,) ormernoelship
organizations (such as VFW, American Legion, etc,) in your community that would be interested
in participating in this program, 1 would greatly appreciate information on who to contact!

I hope you will consider partnering with us to make Kids Voting a reality in the Roseville Area
School District for the 2002 Election.

.

I would like to schedule a time to meet with you in the next few weeks. I will contact you in the
next week or so to set up a meeting.

Thank you for your consideration of this community service project. I have enclosed some
additional information on Kids Voting for your perusal. Please feel free to call me at
651/917 -1288 if you have questions.

Warmest regards,

1~~~~4

C;ty /\dministr~tor

Community Service Chair
Roseville Rotary Club
District 5960

cc: Gayland Bender, President, Roseville Rotary Club

.
