Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, "".it <br />must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time that it denies the request" <br />4. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Plannina Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the minor subdivision request subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The application is able to meet the minimum requirements of Chapter 11 of City Code for a <br />minor subdivision of property. <br />The dedication of a (12) foot side easement centered on the common lot line for utilities to <br />the city. <br />A registered land sUNey shall be recorded with Ramsey County within sixty days of approval <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br />
