<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of i\rden Hills Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Effective June 29, 2002 <br /> <br />EMPLOYEE'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />General Policy <br />For the effective administration and implementation of City policy, and to serve the citizens, <br />each inclividual employee must cooperate to the fullest with all fellow employees and the <br />public. City employees have a high degree of visibility to the general public and, therefore, <br />must exercise particular care and caution to ensure that all work undertaken is accomplished <br />expecliently and with efficiency. To achieve this goal, employees must adhere to established <br />rules and procedures and follow the instructions of their supervisors. <br /> <br />Employees Are Required To: <br /> <br />1. Render prompt and courteous service to the public at all times conducting <br />themselves with decorum, patience, and every possible courtesy. <br /> <br />2. Perform their assigned duties to the best of their ability at all times and to <br />continually strive to improve their performance. <br /> <br />3. Read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations as set forth in this <br />Personnel Policy as well as those of their department. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Report all unsafe conclitions to their immecliate supervisor. <br /> <br />13 <br />
