<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City of Arden J-hlls Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Effective Juoe 29, 2002 <br /> <br />FUNERAL LEAVE <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills provides time off to regular employees upon the death of an <br />employee's immediate family. <br /> <br />Up to three (3) days with pay, not charged to Personal Time Off 'Will be granted for the death <br />of an immediate family member. <br /> <br />TIME OFF TO VOTE <br /> <br />Every employee who is entitled to vote at any State wide general election or Federal general <br />election shall be granted a reasonable amount of time off with pay to vote. <br /> <br />JURY DUTY <br /> <br />A City of Arden Hills employee required to serve as a juror or under subpoena as a witness in <br />court shall be granted leave of absence with pay while serving in such capacity. Such <br />employee shall receive the amount of the difference between the employee's regular salary <br />and jury duty payor fees received for service. An employee shall assign the jury duty pay, less <br />pay received for mileage and expenses, to the City and the City shall pay the employee their <br />regular salary for the time served as a juror. <br /> <br />An employee cannot receive more than the employee's normal take-home pay as a result of <br />any City pay supplement to jury duty pay. <br /> <br />If the jury is dismissed prior to the end of the employee's work day, the employee will report <br />to work if practicable. <br /> <br />27 <br />
