<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Effeetive June 29, 2002 <br /> <br />PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES FOR UNWELCOME BEHAVIOR INCIDENTS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The employee shall immediately contact any of the five individuals listed in tlle <br />policy. <br />An investigation will begin immediately and be conducted as confidentially as <br />possible during its entirety. <br />Immediate action shall be taken to halt unwelcome behavior. <br />An investigator shall question the employee and complete a written report <br />accordingly. <br />A written report shall promptly be submitted to the City Administrator or <br />Mayor. <br />City Administrator or Mayor shall review the report and make a determination <br />as to the merit of the complaint and take appropriate disciplinary actions as <br />necessary. <br />If disciplinary action is taken, a written record, including verbal reprimands, will <br />be retained in respective personnel me. <br />Confidentiality, to the extent it is possible, will be maintained throughout. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />45 <br />
