Lots. <br /> <br />A. Parcel A. Parcel A exceeds all code requirements in terms oflot width, depth, and <br />area. There is an existing single family residence on the property. <br /> <br />B. Parcel B. Lot 2 exceeds all code requirements in terms oflot width, depth, and area. <br /> <br />2. Minimum Lot Area. The Zoning Ordinance in Section V, F, 2, states that the minimum lot <br />area for lots in the R-l zoning district shall be at least 14,000 square feet.
