Staff has contacted all 48 members <br />in order to determine if they have a 200kW portable generator and ifthcy did, could we <br />'use' it in an emergcncy situation. Nonc of the 48 metro cities contacted have a 200kw <br />portable generator. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staffrecommcnds the purchase ofa 200kW, portable D200P4 Caterpillar/Olympian <br />Diesel Generator from Ziegler Power Systems in Shakopee, Minnesota at a cost not to <br />exceed $40,000. The cost includes generator, quick connect adaptors, wiring and Sales <br />Tax. Dclivery time can take up to12 weeks. <br /> <br />. <br />
