It is due at the Metropolitan <br />Council at Mears Park Centre in St. Paul by 4:30 p.m. on May 15, 2002. <br /> <br />An electronic version of the application is avaiiable on the Council's website: www.metrocouncil.org <br />Click on Livable Communities. <br /> <br />PreparinQ your application: <br /> <br />. Follow the order of the format and the questions asked. <br /> <br />. The application is organized into 4 sections (plus attachments). Start sections on a new <br />8.5 x 11 sheet of paper where noted. Leave a one-inch margin on all sides and use an 11. <br />point font. <br /> <br />. Be sure to respond to all the questions in each section. If not applicable, write "not <br />applicable." <br /> <br />. When providing your response, type the section heading, question number and any <br />bolded words before answering the questions. Please be direct and succinct with your <br />responses. <br /> <br />. Your answers to the application questions cannot total more than five (5) pages, plus the <br />cover sheet and five (5) attachments (as specified at the end ofthis application) -11 <br />pages total. If your application exceeds eleven pages, it will be returned for revision. <br /> <br />.
