Prcscnt: City Council Members Lois Rcm, Bcvcrly Aplikowski, Grcgg Larson, and David <br />Grant. Also prcsent: City Administrator Joe Lynch, City Accountant Tcrry Post, and City Plailller <br />Aaron Parrish. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting by welcoming representatives from OPUS Corporation, and <br />invited thcm to come forward with their prescntation for the TCAAP property. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Tim Murnane <br />OPUS Corporation <br />Mr. Murnanc introduced himself, and outlined the prescntation. He highlighted, for the City <br />Council, the two projects that they felt most closcly rcscmbled thc TCAAP Propcrty <br />Developmcnt and Redevelopmcnt. The projects wcrc thc Arbor Lakes Project in Maple Grove, <br />Miilllesota, and thc Wild Meadows project in Medina, Miilllesota. <br /> <br />David Newman <br />President-Restoration Development <br />Mr. Newman introduccd himself, and indicated that his company was a residcntial dcvclopcr <br />who works with Lundgren Brothers, of which single-family homc dcvelopment is their main <br />product. Hc noted thcy are also associatcd with Bancor, who primarily develops land for <br />residential usc. <br /> <br />Mark Anderson <br />Lundgren Brothers <br />Mr. Andcrson introduccd himself, and indicated that Lundgren Brothcrs is a locally foundcd and <br />locally based cornpany. He said their main products are detached townhomes, rowhouses, and <br />life-cycle housing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Steve Applebaum <br />Mr. Applebaum introduced himsclf, and said although hc was not a partncr or cmployee of <br />Restoration Developrnent, he does work in conjunction with them regarding the protection of <br />sites and preservation of ccology in an environment related to land us or reusc. Mr. Applebaum <br />referenced the Fort Sheridan Stormwater Management and Landscape Revitalization Plan as a <br />dcmonstration of a project he had workcd on. <br />
