<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS Cny COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 28, 2002 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Grant seconded <br />a motion to adopt the first six recommendation of the City <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski asked what would happen with the seventh <br />recommendation. Mayor Probst stated if it came down to having to address the <br />seventh recommendation, Council would discuss that recommendation at the time. <br /> <br />Mr. Post replied he would perform his duties as long as he was with the City. <br /> <br />The motion carried (4-1). (Council Member Aplikowski). <br /> <br />A. On!:anizational Structure Chall!!e <br /> <br />Council Member Rem indicated she would like to have further discussion <br />regarding this, <br /> <br />Council Member Larson stated if there a reason they needed to act on this tonight. <br />If not, he would request this be placed on the next work session agenda. <br /> <br />Council agreed to discuss the Organizational Structure at the next work session. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested on the backside of the agenda the Maintenance <br />Task Force meetings is listed. He stated the School Board met tonight to discuss <br />the busing issue. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson had no comments. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested the parade be mentioned in the next <br />Newsletter. She recognized the Girl Scout Gold Winners, and requested they be <br />sent a letter of congratulations if they were unable to come in for a presentation. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem stated the Newsletter Committee would be meeting <br />Wednesday morning. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated staff had been meeting with the development team and stated <br />they would be updating Council on any progress. <br />
