Thc proposed <br />improvemcnts inelude the reconstruction of Huntcr's Court and Waldon Place to 32 foot widc <br />streets with concrete curb and gutter. The cui de sac bulbs are designed with 100 foot diameters. <br />We have included a minor amount of silt removal at the outlet ofthe existing storm sewers into <br />the adjacent pond as a part of the project. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The City Engineer recommends that the Council approve the final plans and specifications and <br />authorize the advertiscment of the project to receive bids.
