In
addition we have asked that trips east bound on Grey Fox Road to TH 51 be examined.

Ramsey County will have to approve any changes to the signal and issue permits for intersection
and signal changes.

The developer will be required to meet requirement of the Rice Creek Watershed district for site
stormwater runoff. In addition we would like to examine the possibility of incorporating a
regional storm water pond with the site development.

The appears to be no utility conflicts or issues with the proposed developmellt.

If you have any questions please contact me at (612) 373-6500.
