However, the signage above does <br />appear to be excessive relative to our signage requirements. Staff would suggest the <br />applicant evaluate areas where signage can be reduced and/or elimillated in conjunction with <br />the PUD submittals: <br /> <br />9. Lighting <br /> <br />In addition to accent lighting on the building, the applicant is proposing approximately 8-10 <br />25 foot high recessed shoebox style lights for the site.
