Included with this modification is the <br />ability of current Shannon Square customers to move through the center, exit onto Gray <br />Fox and make the movemcnts onto Lexington at a metercd intcrsection. The current <br />movement is at an unprotected point and creates risk to all traffic. <br /> <br />. Resurfacing of the existing Shannon Square parking lot. <br /> <br />. Weare working with the Rice Creek Watershed District on the proper drainage and <br />runoff mcasures to ensure that the finished product has no greater impact to the area's <br />stormwater management than currently exists. <br /> <br />. We are in process of conducting a traffic impact study of the area. It is our belief that the <br />impact of this development will be minimal to area. The majority of the customer trips <br />for a Cub Foods store are weekday evenings and weekends. The majority of the trips in <br />the system at this time are weekday normal business hour trip for the area offices. <br /> <br />We have provided elevation of the Cub Foods store, which show the materials to be used, and the <br />Building Signage <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It is the intention ofthis project to create a strong identity for this are and set a standard for future <br />redevelopment ofthis area into a vibrant mix of retail and office commercial.
