The motion carried unanimously (7 -0), <br /> <br />CASE #02-09 - MINOR SUBDIVISON - JOHN AND LIZ MODESETTE, 3743 NEW <br />BRIGHTON ROAD - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 7 :36 p.m. <br /> <br />Staff reviewed their rcport dated May 23, 2002. Staffrecommcnded approval of the <br />request based on thc findings thercin. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman stated the future land use plan talkcd about half <br />neighborhood business and half residentiaL He asked if that plan was talking about this <br />lot or the general area. Mr. Parrish replied [he current single-family lot that would be <br />created would be low density residential and the parcel fronting Cleveland A vcnue would <br />be neighborhood busincss district. <br />
