Mr. Parrish stated that lot had a future land designation of neighborhood business. . <br />However, it was currently zoned singlc family residential. He stated the power company <br />had a utility easement for that power line. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked if Lot B would be a developable lot. Mr. Parrish stated <br />that power line ran along Cleveland Avcnuc and it was a deep lot, which would allow for <br />a home and driveway. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dusehene asked how the division line matched up to the south lot. Mr. <br />Parrish replied it would bc close. <br /> <br />Elizabeth Modesette, 3743 New Brighton Road, replied the lot line would match the <br />south lot line.
