Mr. Panish <br />confin1Jed it was. <br /> <br />Commissioner Galatowitsch asked if restroom facilitics would bc added in the future. <br />Bmcc _ stated there would not be restrooms added to this building, but there would <br />be portable rest facilities available. <br /> <br />Chair Sand asked what the future building reference was on the plans. Bmce <br />stated he believed that might be the future restroom enclosure. <br /> <br />Mr. Pan-ish replied onc of the original conditions requested by Council was to have a <br />restroom enclosure. <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hcaring at 7:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Therc were no comments made at the Public Hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 7:58 p. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lcmberg moved, seconded. <br />Case 02-10, Bethel Collegc, 3900 Bet <br />presented. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />PLANNING CASE 02-11: SEJ~ <br />BECKMAN AVENUE - PUBLIC. <br /> <br />RIANCE - TERRY DRAGICH 1838 <br /> <br />StafT reviewed their Fe <br />for a variance. Staff <br />where 30 feet was require <br /> <br />report. Staff reviewed the five findings necessary <br />d approval of a reduced rear yard setback of 22 feet, <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked if there was a variance granted for the previous <br />addition. Mr. Parrish replied a previous building inspector had approved thc addition for <br />a previous owner. He stated he did not know if a variance had been granted or not. <br /> <br />Ten-y Dragieh, ] 838 Beckman Avenue, stated his father-in-law had built the addition and <br />he had purchased the property from him. He explained what he knew about the history of <br />the building of the addition and stated a building permit had been issued for the addition, <br />but he was not sure if a variance had becn issued or not. <br /> <br />Chair Sand asked if they would be going any closer to the lot line than the other end of <br />thc home. Mr. Dragieh replied this proposal would not be any closer to the lot line than <br />the addition. <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 8:06 p.m. <br /> <br />There were no comments at the Public Hcaring. <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 8:07 p.m. <br />
