He stated <br />without a planting or landscaping plan it was hard to know what this site would look like <br />from Lexington A venue. Mr. Parrish replied a landscape plan would be submitted in the <br />future. He requested the sign age be reduced also. He requested having a different <br />material at the doorway entrances that would break up the cut-stone. He recommended <br />the "low priced leader" sign be removed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ricke statcd she also had the same concerns as Chair Sand with respect to <br />the amount of signage and the lack of greenspace. . <br /> <br />Commissioner Galatowitsch stated she would also like to see more greenspace. <br />
