Ifthe applicant wishes to <br />proceed with the project it would be necessary to obtain Master and Final PUD approvals. <br /> <br />Tramm Builders is requesting a concept plan review to construct an office building at the comer <br />of County Road E2 and Cleveland Avenue. The proposal contemplates an office building with <br />an approximate footprint of 8400 square feet. Based on the front elevation, the building would <br />be one level at grade facing Cleveland. The units would be two level walkouts in the rear. The <br />building would be divided into six "condo" units that would be made available for sale. In <br />conjunction with the PUD, this would also require a platting action to establish the individual <br />units <br /> <br />While a comprehensive site plan evaluation has not been completed, staff would offer the <br />following comments: <br /> <br />1.
