The building materials on the side and <br />rear elevations would essentially be maintenance free siding. The Neighborhood <br />Business District indicates the following with regard to this issue: <br /> <br />Exterior Materials shall include only face brick, stone, glass, or natural wood <br />products. All walls shall be treated with the same exterior materials. <br /> <br />8. Other Neighborhood Business District Requirements: The Neighborhood Business <br />District also has several specific requirements. Other applicable provisions to consider if <br />a PUD is submitted include: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Landscaping for the site shall comply with Appendix A of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. In addition to Appendix A, landscaping shall be provided at <br />the rate of three caliper inches per 40 feet of public street frontage. <br />Lighting shall adhere to the requirements of Section 6, E, 3, of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. Lighting shall not be permitted to wash the building, except <br />for accent lighting to delineate the main entryway into the building. <br />Security and parking lot lighting shall be on pedestals not to exceed 14 <br />feet in height. <br />Trash shall be fully screened in a masonry enclosure or shall be stored <br />within the principal structure. <br />Bicycle Racks shall be provided in an area that is convenient to the main <br />entryway into the building. <br />Sidewalks shall be provided adjacent to all public rights-of-way. <br />Gateways, where applicable, should be incorporated into the layout of the <br />site. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />9. Other Issues: As the Council may recall, the City currently has a lift station on the <br />property without the appropriate easement.
