In the event the Council has provided that the public hearing shall be <br /> <br />conducted by the planning commission, the planning commission shall <br /> <br />make its report to the City Council at the first regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Council following the hearing. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />In the event the Council does not refer the pnblic bearing to the planning <br /> <br />commission, the report of the planning commission shall be given to the <br /> <br />Council before the time set for the public hearing. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Time Line. <br /> <br />A. The City Council shall act on the preliminary plan by resolution <br /> <br />approving or adopting it within thirty (30) days after receipt of the <br /> <br />report of the planning commission, if the planning commission is <br /> <br />designated to conduct the public hearing.
