Local streets shall be so aligned <br /> <br />that their use by through traffic will be disconraged. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Street Jogs. Street jogs with centerline offsets of less than one hundred <br /> <br />twenty-five (125) feet shall be avoided. <br /> <br />Subd.8 Safe Intersections. It shall be evidenced that all street intersections encourage <br /> <br />safe and efficient traffic flow.
