The approval was granted with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The applicant submits fmal grading, drainage, erosion control, and utility plans <br />for approval by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. The <br />building permit will not be granted if satisfactory drainage cannot be <br />accomplished. <br /> <br />The portion of property currently extending into Hamline Avenue be dedicated to <br />Ramsey County on the final plat. <br /> <br />2. <br />
