The building permit <br />will not be granted if satisfactory drainage cannot be accomplished. <br />2. The City's maintenance responsibility for sanitary sewer and water is limited to the curb <br />stop at Hamline Avenue. <br />3. Provide evidence of a perpetual private ingress/egress easement for Parcel A & B prior to <br />signature ofthe final plat. <br />4. Payment ofthe appropriate park dedication fee prior to signature of the final plat. <br />5.
