<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Incorporation of Changes. The final plat shall have incorporated in it all <br /> <br />changes or modifications required by the City Council; in all other respects it shall <br /> <br />conform to the preliminary plan. It may constitute only that portion of the approved <br /> <br />preliminary plan which the subdivider proposes to record and develop at the time, <br /> <br />provided that such portion conforms with all the requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Verification of Form. The City Council shall consider the final plat officially <br /> <br />filed after the planning commission, the city eugineer and the city attorney have <br /> <br />examined it and advised the Council that it is in proper form. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Referrals and Decisions. Within five (5) days after the final plat is filed, the <br /> <br />city administrator shall refer two (2) copies of the final plat to the planning <br /> <br />commission, one copy to the city engiueer and oue copy to the city attorney and a copy <br /> <br />each to the telephone and power and other utility companies. The abstract of title or <br /> <br />registered property report shall be referred to the city attorney for his or her <br /> <br />examination and report. The attorney's report shall be given to the City Council within <br /> <br />fifteen (15) days. The reports of the planning commission and engineer shall also be <br /> <br />given to the Council within fifteen (IS) days. The Council shall either approve or <br /> <br />disapprove the final plat at its next regular meeting following receipt ofthe reports. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Reporting and Recording. <br /> <br />11 - 20 <br />Public Hearing Draft <br />
